Spanish Fork Fairgrounds
The Utah County Fair is held every year during the second week in August at the Spanish Fork Fairgrounds. Here is a link to the County Fair Website.
4-H Dates to Note
August 1 - Online entry registration opens. Instructions and online link can be found here.
During the week of the fair:
Monday - Entry Check-in anytime from 3-6 pm at the Tennis Court Building
Online entry registration closes at 6 pm on Monday. If you have not registered your items before you arrive, you will only be allowed to register using the onsite computers from 3-4 pm. You will only be permitted a 10 minute time limit.
Tuesday – Entry judging
Wednesday – Fair open to the public from 4-10 pm
Thursday to Saturday – Fair open to the public from 10 am to 10 pm
Saturday – 4-H Contest Day at the fair starting at 9 am
Monday after the fair – Exhibit pick up from 11:30 to 12:30 pm at the Tennis Court Building. If you are unable to pick up your exhibits, there will be a $25 handling fee to transport them back to the county building.

4-H Contest Day at the Fair
The following contests will be held at the fair on Saturday starting at 9:00 a.m.

We are calling for volunteers to come help with the 4-H exhibits at the Utah County Fair. It takes over 100 volunteers to make the fair happen. Volunteers at the fair will receive service bucks to use used at a future county activity.
Monday - To help with set up/check in.
Wednesday to Saturday - For security of exhibits--these will be in 2-hour shifts
Saturday - To assist with 4-H contests
Monday following the fair - To help with check out/tear down
