Contests
The following contests will be held at the fair on Saturday, August 18th starting at 9:00am:
· Fashion Revue
· Decorate Your Duds
· Talent Show
· Club Display (Note: these are on display all week but will be judged at 9:00am on Saturday)

Volunteers Needed!
We are calling for volunteers to come help with the 4-H exhibits at the Spanish Fork Fairgrounds.
· August 12th to help with set up/check in.
· August 14th-17th for security of exhibits. These will be in 2 hour shifts.
· August 17th to assist with 4-H Contests
· August 19th to help with check out/tear down
We need your help. It takes around 100 volunteers to make the fair happen, please call and volunteer today: 801-851-8470.
Online Fair Entry
All Leaders must enter their 4-H exhibits online this year.
Online entry will be active from August 1st to 5:00pm on Check In Day, August 12h. Please have everything entered before you bring your exhibits to check in.

Check in/Check Out
Exhibit Check In is Monday August 12th from 3:00 pm - 6:00 pm at the Tennis Court Building at the Spanish Fork Fairgrounds, 475 S Main, Spanish Fork.
NO LATE ENTRIES WILL BE ACCEPTED. Those who have not pre-registered on-line will be allowed to check in between 3:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m. ONLY. Any computer usage at the Fair will be restricted to 10 minutes maximum.
Exhibit Pick Up is on Monday, August 19th from 11:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. at the Tennis Court Building.
If you are unable to pick up your exhibits, there is a $25.00 handling fee to transport the exhibits back to the 4-H Office.
4-H/County Fair 2013 Parade Floats
We need 3 people to ride on a float and 10(ish) walkers to pass out fliers/candy. Be at the parade start 30 mins-1 hr early.
